• Eagle Eye Extermination operates as a Private Membership Association - (PMA). We exclusively serve "Members," not "Customers." To enroll, individuals must pay a one-time annual membership fee of $5.00, which grants access to our services. This fee is not an additional cost—it is applied toward the member’s first service payment.

  Example: If a member signs up for our Restaurant Level One Protection plan at $49/month, their first bill will be $44, as the $5 membership fee is credited toward that initial payment. The $5 membership fee is charged once annually and is required to maintain active service within the association.

• Take Note: Restaurant Prices are based on 2,500 sq. ft.; additional square footage may increase the cost after a FREE estimate is provided.

  Example: For larger food service establishments exceeding 2,500 sq. ft., Eagle Eye Extermination proudly offers tailored pest control solutions through our exclusive Independence Shield Package. Additionally, we welcome service customization requests for properties of any size—simply let us know your needs and preferences, and we’ll create a personalized package just for you. An authorized representative will provide a FREE, no-obligation estimate before any service begins. As always, membership can be canceled at any time, with no contractual commitments or penalties.

• Take Note: All Restaurant Protection Level 1, 2, and 3 packages include FREE complimentary wasp removal services. However, if removal requires breaching any structural element—such as walls, fences, buildings, or other constructed barriers—an additional service fee may apply. This determination will be made solely at the discretion of Eagle Eye Extermination's trained and authorized pest control technicians following on-site evaluation.
